Return and Refund Policy
If the product purchased does not meet your expectations and you are not interested in exchanging it for another item on the website, you can cancel the purchase, with a refund of the amount paid.
The return of a product and refund will be governed by the following Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
Cancellation of the purchase at the customer’s initiative, with return of the product(s) and refund of payment occurs in two foreseen situations:
1. Regret from Purchase
2. Product defect
1 – Regret from Purchase
Under the terms of the Return Policy, returns due to regret and from the purchase will be accepted if the item purchased on the company’s website and/or any other virtual communication platform has not met the consumer’s expectations.
The cancellation request does not need to be justified, the only requirement is not to have viewed more than 20% (twenty percent) of the material provided.
Once any percentage of the limit indicated above is exceeded, the purchaser will automatically lose the right to any percentage of refund.
2 – PRODUCT DEFECT
Once a systemic error is found that makes it impossible for the student to access the content offered and/or limits their access to the entire material, the amounts may be refunded proportionally, according to the company’s assessment.
Deadline for regretting/withdrawing the purchase
The deadline for regretting/cancelling the purchase is 7 calendar days, counting from the date of payment release by the credit card company and release of the product/item purchased (once this period has passed, the product will be considered accepted by the customer in all its terms).
The customer must evaluate the product purchased within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the date of release, without viewing or writing off more than 20% of the material provided, requesting once the requirements have been met, the cancellation/return of the purchase through email shirley@master-of-knowledge.com
Refund Methods
For the refund to be processed, the request must be made within 7 days after authorization of the purchase by the credit card company or clearing of the payment slip, and in this interstice the purchasing student cannot have used (viewed or downloaded) more 20% of the product/service purchased.
The refund processing method will be in accordance with the payment method.
Refunds for payments made via credit card are sent to the bank issuing the consumer’s card, within up to 7 business days, counting from the date of receipt of all returned product(s).
The refund of the amount by the card issuing bank to the consumer is the exclusive responsibility of the consumer, and is carried out at their discretion and deadlines.
